Your items ship from the manufacturer's warehouse as soon as your order is confirmed. That is what lets us offer these accessories at a modest price with shipping included \u2014 but it takes longer than dispatch from a local depot.<\/p>\n This estimate is an honest one, based on transit times we have actually observed. It may well be shorter. Should it run longer \u2014 holiday periods, a customs check, a courier incident \u2014 we write to you without waiting to be asked.<\/p>\n As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. It usually goes live within 48 to 72 hours: a number showing nothing on day one is perfectly normal.<\/p>\n We deliver to mainland France. For Corsica, the French overseas departments and regions, or another EU country, write to us before ordering: we check feasibility and transit time before confirming anything.<\/p>\n If the maximum stated time has passed, get in touch. We open an enquiry with the carrier, and if the parcel is lost you get a replacement or a full refund \u2014 your choice. You should not have to carry the cost of a failed delivery.<\/p>\n From the day you receive your order, you have fourteen days to tell us you are cancelling your purchase, without having to give a reason<\/strong>. This is your right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code.<\/p>\n To use it, simply write to us quoting your order number and the item concerned.
