Our advice
What we have learned looking for somewhere to put things in a car. Written here, not a product list dressed up as advice.
How we work
Confort Cars is a small French shop. We do not claim to manufacture what we sell: we select products from manufacturers, bring them in, and offer them with a description written by someone who has actually worked out what they are for.
In practice that means two things. First: our delivery times are longer than those of a giant online retailer, because our products are not sitting in a warehouse near you. We say so before you buy, never after. Second: we do not stock three hundred random items. A new product is added only if it solves a problem we have run into ourselves.
What we don't do
No fake customer reviews, no "12 people are viewing this product" counter, no invented discount struck through in red, no countdown timer that resets every time you visit.
If a product is out of stock with our supplier, we say so. If a delivery starts running late, we email you without waiting for you to ask.
Questions we get asked
How long will my order take?
Your order is processed within 24 hours and delivery is estimated at 10 to 20 working days. That is the real figure, not an optimistic one: our products come straight from the manufacturer. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — within mainland France, with no minimum order and nothing added at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.
What if the product isn't right for me?
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, without having to give a reason — this is your statutory right of withdrawal. The exact terms are on the page Shipping & returns.
Will it fit my car?
Compatibility is stated on every product page. If you are unsure about your model, write to us before ordering: we would much rather answer a question than process a return.
Will I have customs charges to pay?
No. Import taxes are already settled: you have nothing to pay to the postal worker or the courier on delivery.
